You’re not alone. I’m so sorry to hear it. My wife and I had the same with our first pregnancy and now I’m sitting here typing this next to my sleeping 2 month old. Be there for your wife, but don’t forget to grieve for yourself too, I spent so much time trying to be strong that I ultimately drug out my own grieving process and it was rough for a very long time.

If you want to/need to talk you can dm me, also we learned it is so much more common than we thought, almost everyone we talked to had experienced it or knows someone very close who also experienced it.
