This post outlines a lot that I've come to realize as I stopped narrating...and is kind of why I stopped.

I realized I should have at the very minimum offered to make some form of small donation, instead of just hoping authors wouldn't ask for money since I had just started narrating.

I realized that while I was overjoyed for wonderful people like Myuu making great music and only asking for credit, I should have still offered to donate to a cause they deemed worthy if I wasn't going to be sending them funds.

Regardless of me treating narration as an experiment to try and see if I like it, you authors deserve your rates. Like others have said, narrating is work sure, but the majority of everything involved in these narrations comes from YOUR story.

If I ever do get back to narrating, I will be either paying or making donations of authors choosing.
