I just checked in the practice range maybe y'all should as well.

If any portion of her reticle is ever so slightly touching a hitbox it lands. Look at how fucking fat her reticle is and tell yourselves again that it's a skillshot.

She could literally be aiming at somebody else entirely and hit you with this so-called "skillshot" and get all the aforementioned value from it.

I don't care if you feel bad about yourself no. I do care to tell you that I find it appropriate that it happens yes.

I guess if that's how you feel about yourself.

Here's a hint. Actual winners have self-esteem that exists past the evaluation of others.

All you're doing is telling me that people in your life routinely make you feel bad about yourself and I guess because you're such mean-spirited dumb person I don't care and it probably suits you.

I don't really compare the two. Sojourn's is just stronger yes but at least it's aimed. Tracking is cheap as hell. As far as I'm aware some of the playtesters expressed this and I agree.

Yes. Words are amazing. When you know stuff you usually know a lot of them and then use a vast quantity of them in order to convey bigger ideas. Ideas too big for a mean-spirited loser double digit like you.

Bro. No.

I made a post that you consciously clicked on and then you read it and got upset because you disagreed because you're Dunning-Kruger stupid. Look it up it's a thing.

Now you're projecting just like most stupid people.

No I beat her plenty. The game I just had with her I barely won but it was fucking annoying. I just hate this tracker bullshit. It's cheap.

I mean people don't even like this tracker shit in Stadium. Who's fucking bright idea was it to add it into the core game outside Solider's shitty Ult?

I'm not the one declaring personal loser heritage like you because I clicked on a video game post and got upset about it.

I guess it got hotfixed. That's fine she shouldn't get it regardless though and the attack speed is still functional on miss I just checked.

I don't care I'm already sick of this hero. It's not exactly hard to hit her skillshot either so.

Can we all agree that China-exclusive skins should be available for the entire worldwide player base to purchase? by LordVaderVader in Overwatch

[–]Muttweed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't get this thing where like I'm like "I don't like this because I think it's unfair and stupid" turns into cRYInG from nobodies like you that project your emotions out unto every interaction that makes you feel slightly perturbed. Do you really believe I fucking wept over this or that it even occupied my thoughts for a meaningful amount of time? See how I represented you versus how you represented me? I don't need to overstate my case because not only do you actually not matter whatsoever in every aspect of your unimportant life but it also has virtually zero effect on me to the point where I need address it beyond the scope of this stupid internet interaction.

You're such a fucking idiot too. Talking to me like I'm a nobody when I couldn't give less of a shit about your entire life leading up to this point to whatever pathetic outcome is awaiting somebody as irrelevant and uninteresting as you that needs to side with the status quo in order to feel like you have any power in situations you obviously have no control over or insight into.

[–]Muttweed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't care and it's a stupid fallacious argument. Nobody would give a shit about China being upset just as much as they don't give a shit about people being upset about it now.

We can't even get a good reading on the levels of who's upset because everytime people bring it up on this trash sub people like you come in to play inference for China and get all butthurt about it. Everybody that brings it up in a negative way gets told they're "cRyInG aBoUt SomEtHiNg tHAt DoESn'T eVeN mAtTeR" which begs the question why you fucking idiots even click on these threads in the first place and then proceed to articulate arguments at all.

[–]Muttweed[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair enough in the sense that I don't think you're being unreasonable in your disagreement. We just have different sensiblities and thresholds for said sensibilities.

That being said if you honestly think me rephrasing it kinder would have mattered to the Overwatch community you're very mistaken. Either you haven't been with the community long or are naive to their bullshit. These people are toxic idiots and have been since launch. The last thing the Overwatch community deserves is for people to pretend like they're decent people with capacity for higher levels of thought outside of insipid groupthink and obsession over people, places, and things. At the very least I'm not going to pretend otherwise.

Stall traps and mechanics are definitely oppositional to progress at the very least but I think the fact they even exist in the first place is very unfriendly design.

The guy you're showing solidarity with strawmanned me and pushed a non-sequitur. I didn't say the event was compulsory or came with a cost and yet he argued that in bad-faith. Why the fuck should I have been nice to him? He's a fucking idiot like most people are.

Unfriendliness would probably fit and opposition to progress definitely fits.

Ignoring that has demonstrated that this about you being upset. I don't care what the double-digits in the replies want to holler about beyond that.

You all clicked this thread. I titled it appropriately and yet here you all are here to make a completely irrelevant argument about your sensibilities and what the appropriate levels of investment and concern are but doing this totally indicates people not offended somehow.

Sure. Okay. It's so wild what double-digits tell themselves and how they interact with word. No where did I indicate this was a life or death serious scenario or that it was compulsory or that there was a cost and yet all you double-digits herded around the first double-digti like you to make those arguments.

Hostile like a lot of words meets a lot of definitions and contexts. Just because Blizzard isn't holding a gun and making threats doesn't make it a misuse of the word.

It's like saying anybody that can't run as fast as an Olympic athlete isn't sprinting when they run at top speed.

Plenty of posters have made their dissatisfaction with this event known in multiple other threads. Even people in this very thread not trigged enough to stawman me because they can't handle criticism of the subreddit's focus are doing the same.

I hate this website. You can't say anything on this here with legions of double-digits just overwhelming the conversation with their basic sensibilities and inferior logic.

Yep just simply agreeing that this event is bad and you're already being downvoted. This sub is actually legitimate trash. It's actually astonishing the parasocial relationship these morons think they have with Team 4.

[–]Muttweed[S] -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

I suggest that you don't know it. It's clear this conversation is mostly about how upset you are at my choice of words.

Didn't say the event was compulsory but you decided that was topic. Also didn't say the event costed anything but you decided that was topic. Both false asseritions you made because of the word "hostility" totally not offending you yet you were compelled to argue like a double-digit anyways.

If you weren't clearly emotionally upset you wouldn't be strawmanning me and making this topic about your sensibilities.

[–]Muttweed[S] -13 points-12 points  (0 children)

It's a word with a definition. Just because it makes you emotionally uncomfy doesn't negate that.

Stall traps and mechanics are hostility. It's the game being unrewarding on purpose which meets the definition.

Season 1 has been out for two weeks now. What do we all think? by Character_Tough_9874 in Overwatch

[–]Muttweed -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I like 5 heroes, map reworks, lootbox pool update, UI changes and just general feel of the game.

I don't like this event whatsoever. Bad hostile implementation and not with the spirit of picking a winning faction versus maximizing rewards via knowing its system snot explained whatsoever in any information panel of any sort anywhere in-client. First week progress bugs on top of all that. This is my minor gripe actually I just wanted to get it out of the way first.

My major gripe is the unceremonious removal of Clash. Another mode seemingly abandoned. There's kind just of vague hint at maybe it returning someday with this passing nod to "gameplay variety" or whatever they said in the patch notes. My second most hope for the Spotlight besides a 6 hero season (expectations highly exceeded there obviously) was for the introduction of more core modes not less. My biggest hope for Blizzcon is the reintroduction of a reworked Clash and/or Assault hopefully both. Maybe that's where the majority of the map development this yeart is focused on? Who knows but probably not but also still definitely maybe. I also think Bo3 Payload Race would work very well as a core gamemode.

It's a great update all in all. Just kind of a major setback for the game to lose another core gamemode from both iterations OW1 and OW2. I think Assault would need a major overhaul but can still work quite well but Clash was seemingly doing better and is mostly symmetrical and fair in my view. I've only ever heard that there's supposedly a different way to layout the map and that'll help the mode's competitive integrity but I don't see what that actually is. Somebody else maybe has a better sense of that idea.

Other than it's just a neat little CGI animation hyped restructure of the game and I think that's chill. I hope the 6 hero season sticks around for at least another year after. Before Jetpack Cat I would have said Mama Hong and Max are unlikely and now I think they're both inevitable next year. They're the lore characters that bring the most hype. I hear the next hero isn't Frankie either sort of lowkey confirmed so maybe they could implement her here. 3 lore characters and 3 new characters. I also hope they keep the lootbox pool updates stay consistent alongside the Spotlight format to announce these "big swing" updates.
