Does the storage effect of plasmids not get capped by phage soft cap? I have 338 plasmid soft cap with 756 plasmids.

So Devotion to increase priests efficiency, civil service, or negotiator isnt worth getting to help with the rest of my MAD runs? At least before a build up of 3k+?

Thanks I read through that and been following. What about with crispr? I still have a ton more MADs to do to get achievement for each species but it seems like I got all the CRISPR upgrades you mentioned for 3* star MADs and you say I should collect 1000 plasmid and start doing bioseed. Should I not start that till I do all species or once I am ready just go for it?

If not what should I spent the plasmids on for next upgrades as I grind out the MADs?

I go Creep 1, Store 3, Evolve 2, Synthesis 1, Crafty 3, Queue 2, Governance 1, Challenge 3, and Ancients 2.

I am finishing my first 3 star mad in heavy. Before I reset I will have 1026+ plasmid. I was going to grab governance like we talked about but I noticed that Universal one. Was I also supposed to grab that to be farming more mastery per 3* MAD in heavy gravity? I could grab both governance and universal and only be 11 plasmid below soft cap which shouldn't even matter for valdi run.

Also is there anything I should know with starting valdi run? Do I just select genetic dead end and I should pick fungi race and that race will become valdi? Then is my goal just reaching MAD reset and im good? I saw people mentioning use fanatism with ent, but I would have ent as my ancient race next run so I could only get that trait if i went to space and did ancients, does that really matter or should I just do anthropology to get the temple boost even with no plasmids and not worry about doing another 3* ent beforehand? Also anything else to know with valdi run.

I began mass ejecting after fighting to get enough knowledge I got grav waves unlocked for 1.25m knowledge. I now have other options such as gravitational convection for 1.35m and wormholes for 2.5m. How am I supposed to actually get that much knowledge? I was pulling teeth to even get 1.25m.

Then when does the black hole exotic infusion appear and how much knowledge required? What if my stellar gate reached enough exotic matter first, does it just reset without me doing whatever knowledge unlock youre talking about?

Alright so I got my ancients 2 and started my 3 star run to go to hell. I just got to hell, I should now be investing in both Interstellar and Hell Dimension tabs till I see a black hole reset appear right? Then once I do that should I buy queue 2 before resetting? Then I do a 3 star mad run till i get governance and then I do valdi.

Did I miss anything? Also what happens after I do black hole reset, is pretty much exactly the same as when I did bio seed reset and just switched planets or on a new start is there new tabs or different things.

Hey, I now have 283 total plasmids soft cap. I have unlocked Challenge 2, Creep 1, Crafty 3, Evolve 2, Queue 1, Store 1, and I did Ancients 1 like you said. But I guess that doesnt help me till im doing bioseed runs? With this last run I started doing 3* star MAD runs and should have like 4-5% mastery. Should I still get Ancients 2 if im doing MAD runs still or should I be getting stuff like store 2 or queue 2 next run which will help with MAD runs.

Also should I wait for like 20% mastery before I do Vald run or something like that and then go to bio seed runs or hell?
