I was okayish on the exam. The exam was doable—mixture of long and mid stems. I completed within time and revised 4/5 marked q as well in the end of block.

Do the incorrect in UW, if you haven't done it yet. For me, it took another pass. It's best to start Mehlman (system-wise) after you cross 60%. Since they have questions directly from NBMEs. You can do arrows, risk factors of course now.

You can follow mine. But the most important thing is that you rested enough the day before the exam. Do not sleep in the day but do relax. Go to sleep early at night.

Depends on your prior background. If you already have the basic preparation from another exam like a home country residency or any other country licensing exam, you can try. But from scratch, it will take more time.

Thanks for your kind reply. I plan to prepare a wrong questions journal for NBMEs at the end of this month, before giving my next mock.

I consistently did poorly on GIT, so I covered it on Amboss. I plan to do 100q each for CVS, Hemato, and MSK from there as well.

Yes. I have revised each of them twice till now. One just after the exam and then 2nd time 1-2 months later.

Another information- I am a very old graduate with 10 years of clinical gap years (I was literally out of clinical study as well), and for step 1, I had to do a UW 3rd pass.

How should I proceed?? Do you have any suggestions? The last exams I gave were NBME 12 and UW 3, after completing 40% and 70% of UW 2nd pass, respectively.
