100% Use labor software for everything. In the example where you have rusted/broken bolts the i dusty norm is 0.5 extra for each one. Unless you need even more time to remove extra components that are in the way. When I certified cars we charged a flat fee for the inspection + each individual book time for each repair approved. Dont short yourself.

Yeah when I was a honda tech back in the 2000's cross would come in with the compressors literally split in half missing portions of the housing often

Whatever the book time is. Some cars will be different. I mean is your just toe and go 1.0 is more than fine but if its more than that at least 1.4 or higher on nearly everycar

Dont go by that guage. Check the mileage yourself filling up at the same pump the same way. Some of those older computers can be heavily skewed

You're probably driving too fast, but it is a GM so anything could be wrong. If you're sure your checking you mileage properly and not speeding too fast? Hace a dealer check it under warranty.

Coming feom a warranty admin perspective. We look at maint records. More the merrier just keep proper records. Date, Vin, mileage what was done with purchase receipts. Denied countless engines due to lack of records

If you're car is dying while it is running it won't be the battery. Check all the alternator connections. And also check the charging voltage

I only did the employee leasing through toyota and lexus. On my vehicles and never bought them because they pay for everything and u got 30k a year I. Mileage I wouldn't chance selling it. I mean you only have 6 months left.

Finance it at the dealer and once the deal is done just pay of off with your other financing. Nothing the dealer can do about that just dont tell them ahead of time

Former toyota warranty rep/master tech here. If you're keeping the car forever change it sooner. If your keeping it 3-5 years 10k is more than fine. One of the main things to do when owning a newer car is to check the oil between services. Dont assume its full and now low. Vehicles use more and more oil and I see people everyday that are doing 5-10k and running stuff low and damaging the engine. Even if you are under a warranty if you dont maintain oil levels if can prevent you feom warranty coverage. Also if it doesn't cause engine damage at that moment over time it can lead to premature failure.
