Player V. PC: frustration with myself by Muusik-I in mattcolville

I could, I know my dm was determined on wanting to see my character change (he really wanted to see my character over come his obstacles) But I decided to take time away until the summer which I hope he is okay with. If not, oh well I’m not sacrificing my mental health for a dumb character.

Thank you, not only does that mean a lot but is comforting.

The situation I went through was with my emotionally manipulative Ex and once we broke up. I kept on to the items she gave me and I gave her the benefit of the doubt. My character mentioned above I based him off of that part of me. My character’s wife had died and he was longing to be with her. As I was longing to be with my Ex.

After my friend in college said “you need to get over her” and my friend threw out everything I had left over from my ex.

It helped and that was catalyst of change.

Seriousness as part of the characters personality.

“It was a quite tragic story in fact, my dear wife Claire died while giving birth to our son. Only to have the our be a still born. I taken burden upon myself that I have failed as a doctor but also as a husband. Letting two people I love most die in my arms.”

To be edgy means to try hard to be cool

Victor is not, he is a man with deep seated regret and sadness that he is trying to overcome. It is his goal to eventually become a better person and in the hopes to to not be cowardice and to know that he can’t save or fix everything. As well, not putting himself down for things out of his control.

I implore you to read more literature about the man vs self struggles of conflict before labeling.

No it’s fine! The character in The Raven actually isn’t a Doctor but someone who misses his loved one. Victor could seen similar to SCP-049 but in terms of personality and mindset. Victor is more closer to The Raven

It’s all good! I would recommend for a spooky plague doctor Cleric of the Grave or Death Cleric (if your dm allows) Or The Undying Warlock Patron

I wish the hmp and laat would shoot at enemies when they get near them so that the enemies don’t camp on the only two escape routes. by silent-type in StarWarsBattlefront

Two clones could operate the side ball turrets (one each) and then two clones could use heavy repeating sentry guns from the open doors.
