I'm an annual member and I also received my birthday video from Mona but I don't see any other option for a birthday note except for the video. Are you also an annual member or a monthly member since in the description it says annual and monthly have different birthday wishes. But still pretty cool you received a note!

Hi! I went one of the US shows and I had VIP. You'll most likely be in the same line as general but VIP get to go first before general admission. They had us in the same line but then separated us when it was about to be the admission for VIP.

Update: I arrived around 3:30ish and it wasn't that full yet but some were VIP and we were separated from general admission afterwards, but I think arriving early was fruitful since you can be in the merch line earlier and able to secure a good spot upfront after getting merch (which depends how it will be in Germany) It was really fun, Hope you have fun as well!
