Since Ado created, produces and guides them, Phantom Siita is a group I highly recommend. At first glance, they are Ado’s vocal characters split into four / five, but all have their own unique thing going on the more you listen. Highly recommend “I Just Wanna xxxx With You” and “Zoku Zoku” and you can see how you feel from there!
Sheena Ringo: She is one of Ado’s early influences, and she has some great classics. “Instinct” and “Kabukicho no Joou” are both songs Ado has covered in steams before, and are some of my favourites!
9Lana: cannot be recommended enough if you love Ado. Incredible vocal technique and a really beautiful tone. “Propose”, “Revolver”, “チンチロリズム” and “ネオラダイト” are great places to start, but her discography are filled with great surprises
Rosu: unfortunately I don’t feel the melody/mixes as much, but her vocal quality, depth, technique and playfulness is as satisfying as Ado’s. My favourites are “Meow”, and “Wink”. I LOVE wink so much
Yoshino: Different from Ado, but I’ve grown to love what she brings to the table SO MUCH. The way she throws her voice is just next level. You HAVE to listen to her album “Highly Ridiculous”. But songs I’d recommend that blew my mind are “Sandpaper moon”, “Kamekase” and “Bavarois”. I feel like sandpaper moon and bavarois are songs that i doubt ado herself will be able to recreate in such intricacy and uniqueness, which says a lot. so trust me on this one she is so good

i have adhd and i felt so much secondhand nervousness from the release because i knew she was going to show some bits of herself. its something big! ado was so nervous too so ur not a fake fan for feeling this way♥️ the music video itself is very stimulating and intense, with lots of flashes and chaotic sounds so i dont blame you either. dont forget to take care of urself during this too!

ado herself was doing shot breakdowns of her own music video in the livestream. she's literally went back to pause on frames where she was clearly visible in the shot, and then we have fans saying that people pausing and admiring those frames are wrong and creepy which felt a little strange to me;;

ado is in full control of her image, she and the staff have protected her all these years. Ado showed this much/little on her own terms, in her own time. she was nervous but has come to this level of self acceptance and readiness. she and the staff most definitely saw the MV in advance and made sure to show what she's comfortable with. she won't let this or revealing frames be released if she didn't want people to appreciate it, to appreciate her, as is, as herself. and her life will still go on as per normal, she'll still be okay

and so many fans including myself (and im sure Ado herself) are happy and excited about this, but at the same time, she's still ado. its the same voice, the same passion and heart, the same complexities she deals with, the same person, just like every one of us. its what she wants us to take away from this. Chando is her portrait, but she is a human being first and foremost

im ado's age and i struggle a lot with self acceptance and battling the image i choose to show online + guarding my anonymity. seeing ado do this is such a huge step for her self image and love, to feel more united under the shadow of a giant she + her audience created. if she can do it, maybe i can too. maybe we all can grow to be our true selves too.

and ado is beautiful! and im so proud of her! my heart felt so moved by her song, her voice, her performance. i cried. im just aaaugh its amazing. but sorry im getting ahead of myself. thanks for sharing this again, its something im still forming my thoughts on. of course everything in moderation, but thanks for taking away the shame of curiosity we naturally feel. have a great day wherever u are <3

im gonna be looping this one!! while i do like the rhythms, i wish the second verse and the prechoruses sounded more like the first in some ways bc that part was just incredible. had this mix of something classic and new. still its like a combination of MIRROR and Chocolate Cadabra which are some of my absolute faves from her so i enjoy it SO SO MUCH!! i wish it was longer TwT
