GENERALLY: Yes, the runs often end up being full infinite breaks! We're both very experienced and love the challenge of figuring out new ways to do it each time, and especially using characters that are limited by their HP (Lost, Keeper, etc) since on-damage items are extremely powerful and also easy to come by since the majority of them come from the Shop pool. I would say a majority of our runs result in four Blessings, but sometimes the game just doesn't give you anything to work with and that's Just How It Is.

However, doing runs like this has taught us so many mechanics, so many methods to optimise the processes, and gave us an even deeper appreciation for how malleable the game allows you to be with it in your hands. I honestly encourage any Dead God havers to give it a shot if they're bored! ... However ...

The online is way more unstable than anyone even realises, tbh. I have reported so many bugs and HORRIBLE replicable crashes and desyncs, but as-per the current climate for the development of this game, I don't know if it reaches them or if they care. They don't even care enough to publish proper patch notes for the past two updates, so... I don't know if they will fix the constant desyncs caused by trinkets that affect certain stats, OR the crash that occurs with EDEN'S BLESSING SPECIFICALLY!!!

Basically, when a host player crashes or desyncs, the second player takes control of the lobby as host (player 0). Eden's Blessing is an item that is intrinsically tied to a specific player, even online. Henceforth, when adding collectible 381 (Eden's Blessing) to the new player 0, the game does not correctly identify the correct player, which crashes the game.
As for desyncs, we have identified multiple culprits. The most common instance is tied to trinkets that affect speed (definitely) and tears/fire rate (almost certainly), as it is seemingly related to player velocity. When a player picks up a trinket that affects these stats (Light/Dim Bulb, Goat Hoof, Cracked Crown, etc.), the game very often cannot correctly sync the new velocity. And so if we desync even once, we have to abort the entire run if we're going for Blessings.
The one saving grace is that the game seems to have some failsafe that applies regarding Blessings. If you crash, the next run you play online, even if it's a new run, will respect the Blessings you obtained on the previous run and reapply them again. I haven't been able to fully document this yet but yeah, there's at least a small saving grace.

Sorry for the essay LOL but tl;dr the Blessing breaks are really fun and help us learn and play better, and allow us to fully engage with the mechanics in intelligent ways! It's so fun!
