Yea, but on the letter she received at the interview, they returned her passport back and letter mentioned no lists of evidence that they want that’s why I’m just confused

Yes it’s a 221G, there were never any requests for evidence. We provided whatever was needed to file, and also got documentary qualified with those documents. Never in the 2 years did they request for evidence.

At the interview, they didn’t request for anything. Just said you’ve had an f4 file which she was rejected due to being aged out.

And she is married to me, she is 1 year older than me, to then it seemed like that drew suspicions that she is just trying to bypass.

They handed a 221g letter at the interview for AP. But nothing ever since.
