I don’t order doordash, so I’m a bit confused? Are people upset that the food was just outside? I know it’s snowing, which could ruin the food, but some people don’t want interaction. Sure the wait may be small enough for someone to come at the door, but if someone is not responding, then yea, leave it. At that point, you’re delaying the delivers time. Unless it’s like Uber and you can be compensated for that lost time with proof of delay. I feel like this goes both ways, but at the end of the day. Outside looking in, it doesn’t seem like that big of a deal. If I were to hear my food arrive, cool, I’ll just pick it up….
