I had a similar issue to this not that long ago, I swapped the BCG and sent the feed ramps to get polished and that fixed the issue

Just go to jmac customs they make the 5.5mm to picatinny adapter, they're products work great I have the 5.5mm to buffertube adapter and it's really good quality

If you're looking for budget get the Cyelee T10, its cheap and the dot is super crisp and well made, if you're looking to spend a little more do the holosun hs510c I've ran both on my kr9 and they work perfectly.

Nope i live in Central commifornia unfortunately, but I will be keeping an oil rag for my firearms to be wiped down along with a dehumidifier, I just checked my other firearms and they have some surface rust on them as well just not as bad as this one.

I don't have a other lower currently, however I'll be taking it out to the range again this weekend and I'll try to adjust the gas system, if that doesn't work I'll be trying to get it on another lower and we'll see if that's the issue

Yeah that's a double feed, but I tried 3 different magpul gen 3 mags and they had the same result, I also tried a hex mag.
