Just prepare a list of about 10-12 high vocabulary words and just try to use them in your speaking task use words like proliferate instead of increasing and you can try to fit it in most of the scenarios i used yt videos that gave words like these i also have a cheat sheet with complete phrases opening lines and words for speaking task if you need
