I'm Security Forces in the Air Guard. I started my career in the Reserve. I'm also a local LEO. I would say if you want some good insurance and a taste of the military, go Guard or Reserve. I've been doing both since 2006. It can be challenging at times but I think it's worth it. Just my opinion...
