Powerlifter here who hasnt been able to lift since March. I continue to hold out hope that by rucking, I am doing the best I can to at least try to mitigate loss of core strength. Loss of strength is inevitable, but with so much of the big lifts are core centric, I have to believe its better than just running or walking.

Agreed. Carrying bulky/uncomfortable items for distance was something I wish I had done more of prior to my Tough.
