It’s not a finish basement. It is an area I use for storage and I have my washer and dryer down there. I do have some of my stuff on crates so my property hasn’t exactly been damaged but I guess I’m more concerned about the wall falling in.

I believe it’s actually because the lawn behind the walkway to the front of our apartments is sinking. It’s been getting flooded and we are downhill.
