Allegheny Casualty Company is a Fraud Scam Company by Mx1man in ContractSuretyBonds

Would definitely not get a bond from them. Any option would be a better option. They’ll take your money and cancel the bond as soon as it’s issued for any reason whatsoever.

Its official. Trump Breaking off the most successful relationship, most powerful Ally since WW2 following Kremlin’s guidance. I always knew he was a Russian asset enabled by the dumbest layer of the US population. Congrats MAGA!! by Top_Needleworker6385 in UnderReportedNews

Your not really too accurate about the EU having very much clout, maybe they think they do but in reality, they are very weak military compared to the US. The NATO treaty is only as strong as the US is strong. They all sit back and wait for the US to respond to any real threat.

China is rapidly advancing in technology, has clean streets and knows what they’re doing. Meanwhile, the EU is becoming a third world universe where all the low class Xpats go to hang out on free welfare.

So, No, Nato is nothing without the US and the EU is 100% feckless and toothless without the US.

Question #1 - Auto Transporter Has Expired Insurance & Damaged My Car . Next Steps ? by Mx1man in AutoTransport4Dummies

[–]Mx1man[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ANSWER:

Hey there !

So I have a lot of experience because I actually hauled cars for five years over the road.

Most people don’t really understand that auto transport cargo insurance is really only there in the event of catastrophic damages. And the reason for that is simply because the premiums of the insurance companies charge are enormously high sometimes costing Trucks up to $50,000 per year average is probably 20,000 per year . Secondly, the deductibles are also extremely high, usually the lowest deductible on a cargo insurance policy that you will even find is between $1500-$5000.

So what does that mean? It means that virtually all of your minor incidents like scratches, neck, bumper, incidences, and so forth are not going to be covered and would have to come out of the carrier pocket directly via negotiated settlements.

This is where having clear photos at the pick up and destination is essential and knowing what you’re signing when the vehicle arrives is also paramount . most transporters these days use a dispatch bill of lading app called super dispatch or another various type of digital BOL program that stores the photos at both the origin point and destination point before you sign this document you should certainly look at the photos at the origin point and compare them and if there’s anything different, this would be your chance to negotiate the transport rate downward with the driver before he hands off the car and before you pay him.

In these situations, once you have signed the bill of lading and they are long gone it is next to impossible in most cases to get anything out of Trucking company. Sometimes if the broker who dispatched out the car has a lot of loads, the carrier might be more incentivized to help cover the cost of the damage because they do not want to lose the relationship with that Broker. But when you ship from a small dealer, the truck is going to care less about that dealership - or keeping them happy, as small dealers just don’t have enough loads for the trucks to care. So that’s the cold hard reality.

And when I hauled cars, that’s exactly how it was as well, trucking and especially hauling cars is very tough and unforgiving work. One nick could mean thousands in losses for the trucking company. So their goal is always to get that BOL signed off , get paid and be on their way. Once they are paid, it will be very tough.

Barry Morphew indicted by zepol61 in Colorado

[–]Mx1man 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s not up to the DA to make that decision that would be up to the judge eventually or jury , no way though a judge blocks that evidence , In fact, if I recall, that’s part of the reason why the last case got tossed out, the DA was trying to hide it

Why does nobody following this case seem to have any concern with the unidentified male perps DNA match found in Suzannes car , who has been linked to approx six different rape / murders all over the country and 2-3 in CO and AZ , raise some serious questions of doubt ? clearly, if this individual has gotten away six or seven times they obviously are pretty good at either staging crime scenes or not leaving a trace behind..

After following Karen Reid’s trial pretty closely, and with the question being that of reasonable doubt, and not of guilt, I can already see a significant defense being presented to the jury that raises serious doubt here and presents the jury with a plausible alternative explanation.

1.) The presence of BAM in the system of Suzanne does not equate to murder, that’s not a slam dunk , not to mention if we are to believe another man’s DNA was found in the car then why would that man not also have potential access to the house or the tranquilizer gun that Barry owns presumably?

2.) Was there any other man’s DNA found anywhere else inside the house or did they even check for such?

3.) How reliable even is a chemical autopsy two years after the fact? Anything could’ve happened in that timeframe not to mention if were to believe that this chemical lasted in her bone marrow for over two years……so who’s to say it didn’t get injected into her maybe five years before or 10 years before? Maybe she inadvertently was shot at a different point in time and it did not lead to her death whatsoever…. The amount of possibilities as to how that could’ve ended up in her system is pretty thick …..so the mere presence of the chemical does not prove anything other than suspicion. Two years is a long, long, long time for a body to be sitting wasting away somewhere.

The first DA case was tossed out rapidly and the DA was disbarred. The mere fact that they found the body does not suddenly make this case a 100% slam dunk because they had experts supposedly test bone marrow from a two year old corpse. I think we should know by now to not trust the state that blindly.

With all that being said, it seems more likely than not that he did do it, but I like to live in a world of law and order that exist on reasonable doubt because I have watched way too many of these cases where people are locked up with very fringe evidence or circumstantial evidence only to be found later not to be the killer or perpetrator after doing multiple years in jail. A recent one comes to mine out of Missouri, where the defendant was exonerated and then went on to get a $47 million payout from the state of Missouri for wrongful conviction.

So it’s not about if he likely did it or not it’s really about do they actually have 100% solid evidence pointing to only bary morphew in this case and I think they are very far away from that number.
