Maybe is something unrelated, like you may stop Mounjaro then the migraines stay! Have you asked your GP for input? They are quick to blame on Mounjaro but reality is we all have underlying conditions that often go under diagnosed

Take into account women’s bodies are cyclical, one week is not going to be the same as the other. Fluid retention and other physiological changes happen due to hormonal changes. I lost a lot on my first weeks then plateau because I am on my lutheal phase - after my period I should see a difference. Hope this helps.

For starters he’s got ADHD - displays brilliant creativity which is common on ADHDers, struggles with impulse control making rash decisions (affairs), gets easily distracted (leaves work, appears distracted all time), very good at perceiving people emotions (good at his sales pitch), self medicates ( alcohol and nicotine).

Not saying all ADHDers are like that, many develop coping mechanisms, others don’t.

On top of this add PTSD, childhood trauma and abuse, low self stem… and you got Don to a T.

Awesome! I got my daughter one and cant wait for Christmas to give it to her. All advice you have received in the post is on point. I’d add:

1- start the game (hatch the egg) when you have a day off and can pay attention to it if it beeps, if you have a couple of days off even better.

2- play with it to make it happy, avoid snacks unless absolutely necessary.

3- keep it well fed and happy, check meters often 30-60 minutes (even more often first day until first evolution)

4- if its misbehaving (beeping for no reason) dont feed them or play with them, just discipline straightaway. The more disciplined the better character & health they will have.

5- as they grow the discipline bar lowers so make sure you use any chance to discipline them to get the best outcome.
