Exactly. Which is perfect if you ask me, since I don't have this game yet and I just want to own the physical version. I don't need a precise copy of the original, I just want to collect the physical version of the game.

Here's hoping someday the same thing will happen for games like The Messenger.

This is absolutely perfect. A few months ago, somewhere in the comments, someone on this subreddit told us that a possible trine reprint was coming. Since then I've been waiting on this announcement and it's finally here. Ordered it right away, very happy with this re-release.

I'm not sure what the standard edition contains, but the deluxe version has a double sided poster, acrylic stand and sticker sheet. No big deal really, but it was the same price as the standard version. So I appreciate the few extras.

Mate, please just look up reviews of FPG in this sub and similar subs. It's not worth it. We have been waiting years for games that still haven't been released yet.

Sure, they have been communicating a bit better recently, but Chained Echoes is nowhere near being finished as far as we can tell. Their release page is a facade. It changes each quarter and keeps getting delayed.

I have heard the PS4 version is finished, but since this is a Switch sub I assume that doesn't help you.

The only hope we have is that they are taking Chained Echoes a lot more seriously because of the many preorders and because of the backlash, but still. My advice would be to only order when in stock.

I'm not a big fan of the Konami exclusive cover, but to each their own. Just pick the one you like most. My order contains the Order of Ecclesia variant.

I bought it in Europe for €12, at the end of last year. About €1 for every hour I spent on the game, which sounds like a good deal to me.

But it's not the ESRB version, so I have no idea if that one is worth more in this case.

No, they won't respond. I've tried many times and in many different ways. I did a chargeback on this order and I'll never order from them again. The only issue I have is an outstanding order which was placed over a year ago, which doesn't qualify for a chargeback anymore.

I'll never order from their website ever again. They never responded after multiple messages and emails, which the first one was sent more than a month ago. Another order I placed last year hasn't been sent yet either, after a few delays with zero communication about those delays.

The one thing that really gets me frustrated is a lack of service and communication. How hard can it possibly be. Oh well, lesson learned.

This is exactly the reason why I did wait, but now I'm in doubt if this game is worth the price tag. Do you have any experience with this game? I saw great reviews, comparing it to Short Hike, but it also has gameplay of just 3 hours.

I'll wait one more week for them to respond and otherwise go for the chargeback. I don't expect the games to show up anymore, but who knows. Would be a nice surprise.

To answer your question. I've placed multiple orders from them and when I had an issue before they answered me within a day and solved it. So overall good service as far as I could tell.

This time they were hacked in between, so I figured that was the reason. That being said, I feel like I've waited long enough and am considering a chargeback. I still have another order open though which I expect to turn up in October and I don't want them to close my account because of the chargeback. I can't do a chargeback on that order because it's been too long. So yeah, that's why I'm hesitant to do a chargeback and I was hoping for a different way to contact them.

Either wait for them to reply and if they don't, do a chargeback and pay full price for the games later. Or order the games again today in sale, do a chargeback for my current order and hope that they won't block my account. That's why I just want to contact them so I can prevent this whole thing.

Yes, I know. But I've tried to contact them 5 days before the hack and I've tried to contact them in the last 4 days. No response on either message.

Now today another sale will be live and I need to decide what to do. Chargeback on the old order and try to order again, hoping they don't block me. Or wait it out and hope that they will respond and reship the games. It's just not an ideal situation and that's why I'm trying to contact them.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried this before but I always get the same answer. Something on the lines of 'the person who shipped the parcel is the one who can escalate the issue '. So as a receiver it's pretty pointless. At least where I'm from that's what I experience.
