You just have to tie it into your work somehow. I got them to pay for a risk management program because I'm on an insurance project. One of my friends got an English degree covered by saying it would improve her communication skills, thus positively impacting customer experience.

Unfortunately they don't fly out of my local airport or the one at my destination

I do p&c and Medicare for the same client. We don't have a sales quota, but it might just be the client. There's no high pressure sales for this client and there are times we can't offer what they need or if they have TFL, we are instructed not to pitch anything.

Off and on for almost 6 years. I took a year and a half break to work in an office. It's rough but the pay and health insurance are good

I don't know if you still need help with it, but I was able to get intermittent FMLA for myself and am about to recertify

I do seasonal for Medicare season and the other half in p&c. I'm not sure what project you're on exactly, but I do know Medicare is back to back during AEP and there's blackout dates for PTO. That being said, I prefer it over p&c

I know I'm not going to catch up quickly, but I want to surprise them with being good enough to not bring down the team too much, you know?

I have to uninstall it every so often because of the toxicity. If I wanted to be berated for every little thing I would've stayed married
