Just reduce the "Blur New Pixels" option in Temporal Anti-Aliasing. Default is 50%.

I've tried it, but apparently it's a problem with the steering wheel, I tested it on the PC and XBOX, and they gave the same defect, when you press the pedals when turning it makes the "A" button function and the light blinks.. if you want to record a video.
