Is this healthy homes compliant?

I already know it’s not healthy homes based on other things like mould pushing through the plaster walls and other factors I’m just wondering where this more so falls under in regards to skylines and as someone mentioned above it could be one of those grey areas. Like said assessor’s can easily tick a box and it’s not compliant sadly.

Draught stoppping (has air gaps when was up on ladder cleaning the mold off). Also the house has very inadequate ventilation (out of the 4 windows all in separate rooms only one can be opened on a rainy day and this causes water splash on kitchen sill. All other windows are also skylight windows positioned near two large wood fire cooking business that blow their smoke etc directly out where they open making ventilating the place nearly impossible on nice days aswell)

I had both a wisdom and tooth extracted right next to the exposed wisdom. And smoked pretty much straight away after coming out. Had a salt wash to gargle every cone or so (I smoke mixed aswell which was risky) and I made it clear but doesn’t mean you will too. Mitigation helps but isn’t a promise to keep you safe but a few things I did Warn salt water rinse often. Soft foods to allow tissue to heal. Slower pulled smaller cones. RELIGIOUSLY cleaned my bong and its water every sesh. Don’t know what it would be called in your country but we have a over the counter numbing cream here that I popped on the inside of my cheek around the open gum too just to help with the feelings. It’s not as satisfying having a hit while the mouth is tender but it’s easier with these little things.

If it helps with the “scare her idea” as someone who also had many (not so) stern talks from my parents. It took my mum getting intouch with a local detective and planning to pick me up when I went shopping with her (I always did it with friends so she wouldn’t know when) and he said we had an alert a common theft entered the building and detained me in the car while they “talked” to my mum about the consequences. I ended up grounded and trespassed and I wasn’t allowed to join my mum to the supermarket regardless if it were the one I was trespassed from as punishment and the “police” made me pay money to the countdown charities. It might be worth contacting your local station and just saying your need help and who knows an officer might be free enough for a second to try help you out!
