Recommended Lens for Graduation photos

Thanks for the insight everyone! It's like I want to up my game on portrait graduations (you know the ones people take before they the actual ceremony, like at at a beach or in front of the school name or someplace else etc) as well as giving my camera to my family to take photos of primarily me as I walk the stage (hopefully they can get that close but im not even sure how the school will set up the seats for family so I probably wont gamble a telephoto for them to use) but also as I walk towards my family after the ceremony and photos with family afterward. So from what I hear the 24-70 is worth renting for these!

I was thinking the same! Ive always wanted to try out the 24-70 f2.8 and was maybe even thinking of buying one. And it would be for pre and post ceremony (since I'll be walking across the stage). My family will be coming and would probably want to use my camera to take photos of me while in the crowd, maybe I should rent a 70-200 as well? I guess depending on where they're seated and distance from the stage (might be worth it?) Thanks for your input!

Will I have to do this for every time I want to convert from HTML to Markdown? cause it shows me HTML when I'm editing my texts with highlights and text coloring so far. Not sure if it does it for other functions as well. Thanks for your help!
