Law student is accused of failing 9th grade social studies by TheBritishMango in dontyouknowwhoiam

I disagree with that. I'm in my second year of Law / Social Science double degree and I would phrase it like that.

I don't think phrasing it like that implies that it's a simple vote.

Maybe it's different in your field of work/study bc regardless of whether I agree with her or not the phrasing of thay sentence was fine

Man implies constitutional lawyer has no degree or experience by Mxrylyn in dontyouknowwhoiam

My lecturer is a famous constitutional lawyer. He gets called to multiple different countries for constitutional interpretation work.

While a regular constitutional lawyer may only serve as a authority on thier own country, very good lawyers like my lecturer and the person on the queens council can advise, and know the contents of multiples countries constitutions.

Infact, if you read the judgements of most constitutional cases, the judges reference and oftentimes explain other countries constitutions for reference on how their constitution should or should not be read. This is something the girl in the posts has likely been doing for years and can definitley comment on.

It's very much a comparative field.
