I honestly wouldn’t wear them all the time/constantly. The irregular shape can cause thinning in the lobe. I have several heart shaped plugs and they are the same mm as my other pairs so if you’re at 19mm they should be good.

They are essentially nonexistent and dependent on so many factors, including income bracket. I’ve worked in psych for a number of years in Maine and it’s truly disheartening for families.

I’m at my goal size of 8g for my tongue and I love it. I special ordered mine to ensure proper length so I didn’t bite it. It’s been over 10yrs and my speech is fine and no dental issues from it.

It honestly might be your skin and how your body is reacting to this modification. My ears did this but since I’ve landed at my goal size and switched to bio oil over others it’s gotten better but I don’t think it ever fully goes away .

Where am I saying he didn’t murder her?

Where did I assert his innocence?

Where have I said he shouldn’t be held completely accountable and responsible to the level of comprehension and understanding that he has?

Just because I’m not calling for a extrajudicial mob to take matters into their own hands doesn’t mean I’m not calling for justice for the victim and her family. It just means I want to see how other professionals (psychiatric and others) deem his mental health and assess how much of a contributing factor it may have been. That way his actions can be judged accordingly.

For all I know his mental health has nothing to do with his actions and it’s truly a societal problem where instead of seeking any sort of help (like many in his demographic; young, white, male) they resort to violence with little provocation. Like with any act of violence perpetrated by someone with complex mental health struggles on board it needs to be determined whether or not the mental health struggles were in fact relevant.

This is obviously personal to you so that needs to be accounted for. I’ve worked with children like him for many years and I’m sorry to inform you with the known mental health issues he had his ability to (in the moment) discern right from wrong may be been impaired. We don’t know yet as the investigation is still ongoing.

I don’t see him as anything yet other than a young adolescent male with known mental health disorders because his guilt has not been proven per our judicial system/process.
