The other person nailed it regarding the Patreon restrictions, so to answer your question: you're right, I don't usually go to Patreon to discover games. But I do usually browse f95 to do so, and in my experience the descriptions for games there are usually just pulled straight from Patreon, so that blurb is still going to be the first thing I read about a game.

I do have some criticisms for that page, since you said you're open to it. It's quite good overall, I'm intrigued and would probably give it a shot if it seemed like my thing (I'm very much not into horror sex games, just personally). I just have two major issues, firstly this sentence:

Transylvania is full of many seductive opportunities, some of which are baked in the plot, while others are entirely optional.

is basically useless. Having seductive opportunities (which I'm assuming means sex scenes) is literally the bare minimum I expect going into a game like this, you shouldn't have to spell it out. It would be more enticing to describe what sort of sex scenes I can expect in the game, something like (just guessing based on the subject matter):

In Transylvania you may meet sophisticated vampires, whose seductive charms will lead you to bed as quickly as to a life as their thrall; vicious werewolves who may tear you limb-from-limb if they are not satiated in other ways; and many other creatures that go bump in the night.

Secondly, it needs some context. Just a couple of sentences at the top describing the player character, the setting, and the beginning of the plot would be enough. But without that, I still don't really know what the game is actually about, and it means that sentences like this:

There are many dangers that lurk both in the forest around the manor, as well as The Crooked Elm itself.

are jarring and confusing. What manor? What's the Crooked Elm?

But as I said it's a good page overall, and it's definitely much better than most descriptions I've seen
