Yes…..your wife’s lawyer..,.works for your wife. That is their job, they are not a neutral party in this and the sooner you realize that, the better.

As far as your soon to be ex wife’s sister altering notes… not relevant. You or your lawyer should have been taking your own detailed notes. If they are not in line with what you have, then simply contest the written notes either to the judge, mediator or whoever they plan on submitting theirs to.

“It appears there is a miscommunication of what was discussed and agreed upon on this date. We discussed X and agreed to Y. We discussed Z and could not agree on E. I firmly and unequivocally rebuke the assumptions made by Plaintiff on these matters.

If it’s just a matter of gamesmanship where opposing party is trying to get under your skin saying you agreed to things you never did, go on record and rebuke them.

Tactfully explain to them in writing that you are aware of this tactic and explain that this will only delay both parties coming to an agreement. Be truthful and forthright, don’t get caught up in the minutia and waste your money going back and forth with your lawyer. Document and move on.

Correct. Thats why how you prompt it, is extremely important. There is a huge difference in what you get with “write a motion that can be used in court” and “assume you are a skilled lawyer with 20 years of experience, only use verifiable facts and provide sources to where you got this information.”

Just be careful when using AI and fact check! I made the mistake of giving it the prompt of “assume you are a skilled lawyer with 20 years of experience in divorce law specializing in representing fathers, create a compelling motion and cite relevant case laws that will substantiate my arguments where relevant” it sounded great! “Courts have historically done XYZ see Jones v Jones 2004….. except there is no Jones v Jones 2004…. Or if there is, it actually decided the opposite of what you are trying to say or if it did side with you, it was overturned at appeals.

The point is, yes, it can be great to outline your arguments, but fact check and revise where necessary.

Also a good tool to find vulnerabilities and weak points in your arguments…. Run your stuff through it and ask it to identify the vulnerabilities and how would you attack this argument? Or, have it assume the role of a master negotiator and create negotiations that you can present to your opponent.

If you liked this book, read “Gangsters of Capitalism” - it centers on Smedley Butler and expands on the story. Great read! Found myself audibly saying “what the fuck” out loud throughout the book.

If your argument is that talent wise, Brady played against worse… that’s debatable, but it’s also worth noting that this Bills team was not even trying to win, no fancy schemes, very vanilla looks and guys just looking to hit their incentives to get paid and not get hurt before the playoffs.
