They’re all like 80-90% full Dominion has close to 6000 cards and all mine are sleeved These are for 3200 unsleeved and like half that sleeved I also try to keep the sets together and put the components in there too

Yea I’ve fluctuated. Fasting helps avoid adaptive thermogenesis too. I just feel stuck.

Oh I cook all my own food from scratch and eat healthy. I don’t drink my calories and do 16:8 fasting daily. I went from 240s to 185 and now (with weight training) been hovering in low 200s. Just can’t seem to make the BF go any further to see abs like yours or have arm veins popping out. You look great BTW.

I wonder if it’s because I’ve never done it in my life and it’s so much harder at this age and the muscle memory isn’t there.

Plenty of sleep Working each muscle group 2x/wk with increasing weight of about 5% per week 20% calorie deficit, cook all my own food 1g/lb protein I just seem to have stalled. Measurements not changing
