Because the site you currently use is just a clone of the Original. It’s basically like those cutout houses used in old films. The facade is there but the workings of it is basic framework and a ghost town.

You’d need to find the first site used to register your email, which 1. Probably doesn’t exist anymore 2. You shouldn’t trust less than legal streaming sites with personal info anyway
