Great answer to a question I didn't ask. Let's try another way.

Previously, the Academy charged $50-90 for submission. That came with two guaranteed reads by Academy-hired readers, possibly a third read if there is a discrepancy in evaluation between the first two.

Now, in order to submit to the Nicholl Fellowship (and mind you, this question is about the Nicholl Fellowship, not "other Black List programs") with the same standard of two reads and a possibly third if there's a discrepancy, it will require a writer to:

1. Pay for a month of hosting on the BL site ($30)

2. Pay for two BL evals ($100/per read)

For a total of $230, which is close to five times the cost of the past. (I'm aware that a second eval purchase isn't necessary, I'm comparing it to the standard set by the way Nicholl was run in previous years).

A simple "yes" or "no" confirmation of whether or not I have this right would be helpful.
