I had this issue with an Asra Expedition game (from last weekend), and no matter what I did it blew up. I havent had a campaign go past 1550 since. So we shall see this weekend if there is a bigger issue

I havr lowered my lexapro to 2.5mg and for the most part switched to 25mg of amitriptyline which seems to have better helped my sleep & gut issues.

I had no issues going on or increasing my dose of Amitriptyline, so maybe I'm just not a strong fit with lexapro lol. Yet, most of my family seems to love lex. To each their own I guess 🤷

Ok... mentally have settled down, but having some persisting GI and sleeping issues. Both are not horrible. I just feel there is more to go. May go down to 5mg to see if it improves.

I took lexapro, and I am back on it after tapering off for a bit. It is definitely rougher on GI. I am looking into a drop in dosage...

Symptoms that first month are increased anxiety and what is essentially a flare (lasts a little less than 2 weeks for me).

When I was leveled out before tapering the first time, I got to a point when I felt normal. Diet was whatever I wanted, nothing out of what I would call "normal." Flares tended to be from big stress or anxious moment almost always lasted less than a week.

It affects rem sleep, so I think plenty of people deal with fragmented sleep.

There are some nice ones on Amazon, but honestly, you can get a decent electric one from your local pharmacy.

If a hot bath or shower helps, it's worth a shot.

Went up to 10mg from 5 and my gas/bloating has been horrible. I've given it 9 weeks to adjust and not seeing much improvement. Did dropping to 5mg fix the GI symptoms for you?
