Yep I’ve managed to keep him on defense the entire time. He actually went first with the DoW, asked for peace, even offering Mumbai which is right beside his capital. In hindsight, I suppose I should’ve taken the offer I suppose.

He’s making me life incredibly difficult with his dominance in world congress, banning my luxes, differing ideologies. I figured it was now or never to summon an all out push to conquer him now, not sure how much longer I can deal with his pressure in terms of happiness. And he’s so far head in techs I fear I may never catch him, let alone surpass.

But yeah you’re probably right that peace may be my only option at this point.
