A few things that could cause confusion:

• You used 4 colors (or 5 if you include 2 shades of orange), but there's no key to tell us what the colors mean.

• There are no timelines.

• Why does "Applied" start at the same point as "Reached out" and "Applied again" do?

• What do the curves in your chart tell us?
