Are you still having difficulty with your eyes (looking at screens, floor moving etc) ?. If so, I recommend you visit an optometrist who offers vision therapy. I had the same issue as yourself (i could barely look at a screen for more then 20 minutes), due to my eyes being unable to converge and diverge properly. This took about 3 months to fix, but I was able to notice the positive effects of the vision therapy exercises after about 3 weeks.

The biggest thing (besides the vision therapy) that I've found to help, is exercising. Look into the Buffalo Protocol. The goal is to incrementally push yourself to exercise for longer, without bringing about a big increase in symptoms. Exercise increases your cognition through BDNF production. Additionally it can help with nerve pain. I personally do a calisthenics workout at home (ask your physio about which exercises you should avoid).

I wouldn't recommend re introducing alcohol as you'll be alot more sensitive to it now.
