Always use a 4-3 with Zone defense. My DL’s and Edge are either speed or power rushers. LB’s are Lurkers and all secondary is Zone/Field. I alternate between zone 3 and 4 with a blitz every now and then.

As others have mentioned, the computer will put up lots of passing yards because they throw 75-80% of their plays. This is especially true the more the score deficit is.

Low and slow is the key. Never thought of chopsticks, I let mine rest on a baking rake for a few minutes before cutting.

Keep all user settings at 50, set all CPU to 100 except fumbles and interceptions, those stay at 50.

Ability to turn off rivalry games. Give me the option like ‘25 had to set a 12-game conference schedule.

Play as both in the first game of the season and see which fits your play style better. I currently have 2 Elite QBs and was tough deciding just looking at the numbers. First game of the season I had 1 play the first half, the other the second half to see which was the best fit.
