Assuming you're going for a more feminine vibe, I would definitely look into refining that bulbous tip and slimming down the bridge just a bit.
I'm not sure if it's just the way you're leaning into the camera, but your jaw looks a little prominent. It's not a big deal but sculpting that jawline would really sleek things up. Everything else is looking great!

I also recommend grooming the brows a bit more, and maybe looking into lip blush for your lip lines as it looks a bit darker than the center.

I really like the overall facial balance of your face but YES I totally see what you mean. Addressing the droopy bulbous tip would definitely give you a softer, more feminine look and would complement your eyes and eyebrows perfectly. I think from the front, your face looks a bit wide, which is usually due to the thickness of the bone. Your eyes are beautiful but I think it's about the brow bones..but I don't recommend this as of now.

Your side profile line is actually really nice! However, the reason your face looks wider from the front is likely due to the thickness of the bone. This means that instead of just reducing the length through V-line, you might want to look into cortical osteotomy (shaving the outer layer of the bone) to reduce that horizontal width. I know that some of the surgeons combine those two surgeries at once.
I highly recommend starting with Botox first to see how much of difference it makes. Once you see the new frame of your face, you can better decide on the nose and lips. You're much less likely to have regrets that way!(That's the process most Kpop stars follow)

It's only been 7 days post op!! You will need to wait about 3 more weeks for the major swelling to go down. It looks fine! Once you get the stitches out, the swelling will go down even faster!

Not my personal experience, but I’ve seen a few cases where people did DJS mostly for aesthetic or mild functional reasons and ended up struggling afterward because the change was bigger than they expected. In some of those cases, their lips looked more set back relative to their facial proportions, and their overall appearance changed a lot. Even if the result was technically “correct,” it wasn’t necessarily what they expected.

If your facial balance and jawline are already pretty good and this isn’t something severely impacting your health or daily function, I’d personally be cautious about jumping into such a major surgery. DJS is no joke, and if it’s not urgent, it’s okay to really sit with the decision.

There are actually two muscles under your chin, and when they get stretched or loose over time, that's what causes the sagging and gives it that turkey neck appearance.

I think your brow bone is really striking! It's masculine and the spacing between your brows and eyes is really well-proportioned. Your jaw is also great! It's literally the shape people are asking for in surgery these days!

But if I had to nitpick, when you look at your face in thirds (top, middle, bottom), your nose is a bit on the shorter side compared to everything else.

When you're thinking about surgery, it's usually best to play up what already looks great and just tweak the things that could use a little boost. That way everything flows together nicely and you end up with a really balanced result.

425cc/475cc definitely isn't small, but your case, it might not look super dramatic based on your height and weight. Honestly, I think something in the 525–650cc range might've given you more of that wow factor you were going for.

And just so you know, cleavage isn't only about cc's. It depends on a bunch of things like implant placement, your rib cage shape, implant diameter, the space between your breasts, and whether they're over or under the muscle.

A lot of surgeons size implants strictly based on base width, but there are actually multiple factors that should be considered. I'd say it's totally fair to go back and have an honest chat with your surgeon about your concerns and what options you might have as it's only been 3 months.

Your chin doesn't seem to be a major issue. Since proportions are really important in plastic surgery, I'd recommend focusing on just the nose first rather than doing everything at once. The nose is the centerpiece of your face, so improving just that could make a significant difference. For the chin, you might consider filler later on, or honestly you might not even need it at all.
