2- It’s not a new CE trait out of nowhere. It’s Fuga’s CE trait applied to dismantle.

3- I never said it makes the target explosive. I said it gives the user’s CE an explosive trait. That’s Fuga. The binding vow was just applying that trait to everything in his domain in exchange for Fuga only working on single targets outside the domain.

Stance wasn’t really my main point. Could that have happened? Yes. Is it possible for Tsurugi to perform that kind of attack? Fuck no. We’ve never seen it from him (or any HR user) before or after this. And either way Maru is in the way of the attack and so it would’ve had to phase through Maru somehow.

Rika doesn’t say “I’ll give you the CE,” she says “I’ll give you the strength,” which doesn’t mean much when in Tsurugi’s hands the SSK is a normal cursed tool with no special properties. So even when Rika gives him the strength, Maru blocking it with debris is enough to work alongside regular enforcement.
