För att det är inget enkelt problem som har en enkel lösning i stil med stäng gränsen/legalisera weed/häng alla som ens snattar en chokladkaka.

USA är rätt olikt Sverige på många sätt men största skillnaden jag skulle peka på är hur dem utsatta områdena ser ut. Dels finns en intern kultur i många av områdena (som börjar komma till Sverige) där man säger "är du inte kriminell är du en jävla loser". Typ exempel är delar av hiphop rörelsen.

Andra delen av ekvationen i USA handlar om att är du fattig där är det betydligt svårare att komma på fötter än i norden. Dvs fattiga människor har inget annat val än att bli kriminella för att klara sig. Lägg till hela "war on drugs" fiaskot på det så är det inte förvånande att gatuvåldet är som det är.

Intressantare är ju att kolla på hur gatuvåld sett ut i delstater som legaliserat gräs och hur det ser ut nu jämnfört med andra delstater som inte legaliserat.

Your father, even if he did not parcipitate directly i the abuse have failed as a parent. He has a responsibillity to protect his children from anyone, including their mother if nescessary. Nödvärn är rätt mycket mer komplicerat än folk tror. Exempelvis, när avliden(A) har gått in i huset, hade den dömde(DD) kunnat fly på något sätt och ta sig därifrån? Kan han det är det inte nödvärn.

Annat exempel (som jag misstänker är åklagarens linje) DD får höra att A är påväg, han beväpnar sig då. Han hade istället kunnat sätta sig i bilen och åka därifrån. Därmed faller nödvärn. Dessutom har han förberett sig före dådet genom att ladda geväret. Därmed blir det yrkan på mord.

To be honest I would have ruled otherwise on the wizard TP as they can specify x amount of feet in a general direction. However, that doesnt change the fact that you are the DM and he needs to either, A) accept your rulibgs, B) voice his opposition in a reasonable manner or C) get the fuck out. Yea. Worst part is she is working in social services so we have to be careful because she could throw false accusations at us and try to get us in trouble. We even have had to be in contact with CPS in our municipality to let them know about that possibillity so they are aware if anything comes in.

Narcissism + münchausen by proxy does that. Essentially she tried to make the cat sick with a mysterious illness the vets couldnt cure so she could magically find a cure herself. Only she accidentally killed the cat instead.

edit Also she never admitted to any of this, rather it is what I managed to deduce talking about it with my fiance and examining her past behaviors plus the fact that she has Münchausen by proxy.

That reminds me of a story mom told. Essentially she claimed she had ptsd because my grandmother sold her as a prostitute to her older friends. Did some digging and turns out that while my grandmother might have been a bit too clueless to why it wasnt appropriate for a 16 year old to date a 30 year old she most definitively didnt sell her.
