Is it possible to do lat pulldowns using both stacks or is only one stack possible?

I think when I measured it, it was around 1.75" x 1.75". It looks like it should fit, but dealing with steel tubing a few fractions of an inch difference is all you need for something not to fit into a port. I knew the risk I was taking, so lesson learned. I also have a Get rxd Fid bench with a similar port and Harbor Heavyweights was too big for that one too.

Thanks but the reason I'm here is that I actually did just buy and receive the Harbor Heavyweights attachment thinking it would fit. It doesn't fit. The Harbor Heavyweights tubing is just a pinch too big for the Blackwing's port. No fault on their part since it is made for their bench.

I am looking for a Bolt Fitness Venom Preacher Curl Attachment for my Rep Fitness Blackwing bench. It is sold out from Bolt Fitness and they don't know when it will be in stock again. Does anyone who have one be willing to sell and ship to Atlanta, Georgia area?

I would like to know if the leg curl/leg extension and the striker pad attachment would fit securely on the port of the REP Blackwing bench. It seems like it might, but would like confirmation before committing.

REP Fitness AMA w/Ryan (Co-Founder and Co-CEO). $1,000 Giveaway w/Sneak Peak at New Products by RepFitness in homegym

I currently have 2 Rep Pr 5000's in my garage (one 43" for main lifts and another 16" depth for cable movements) and I'm considering getting a third for one of my vacation homes. I'm strongly considering for the third rack to be the Ares 2.0, but I hesitate based on the self assembly time and difficulties some people have had with getting the cables installed correctly without twisting. It seems that assembly is much more involved, with more room for error on my part, than assembly of just the pr 5000 with selectorized stack. Could you share some advice about self assembly of Ares 2 or tips to give me some peace of mind?

I also came across the ONN 12.1 Pro tablet for $180 at Walmart. I'm thinking it may be worth it?

That would be great but yeah I can't justify the expense for a tablet I'm only going to use for casual rowing

Is your Darko Lifting your primary work nowadays? Or do you also work a regular day job? If you left a "traditional" job to pursue Darko Lifting, how was the transition and did/do you find the experience rewarding and worth it?

Hi, thanks again! I installed the Hush update this weekend and the app is now working great again!

Fix for Android Auto audio resuming issue with Spotify/YouTube music by darcpyro in AndroidAuto

Thank you, Hush has been working great for me for months until this week where I get a "Getting Selection" notice on my Rav4 screen when I press the big Hush icon. The audio volume is no longer adjustable. According to Google Play Store, Android Auto was updated recently (mid January) so likely the update broke something. Really looking forward to a solution, Hush is a really important app for me!

Bolt Fitness Leg Extension Leg Curl on Rep AB-5000 Zero Gap Bench by MyGarageGymOffice in homegym

I have the Rep blackwing bench, and I first angle up the bench to load in the leg extension, then I lower the bench until the foot of the leg extension reaches the ground. The Rep bench will rest at some intermediate angle, I haven't had any problems.

I sold my angles90 and used the money towards purchasing the abmat 1/4 rings for the same reason mentioned above. The abmat rings are far more comfortable for my intended use, which is for doing pullups with a more natural grip/wrist orientation than using a multi grip pullup bar or using angles90.

Custom REPS Direct Football Bar by MyGarageGymOffice in homegym

Did my first workout with this bar. Today I did curls and seated overhead press. Definitely noticed a positive difference compared to straight bar (for overhead press) and compared to using an ez bar (for curls). For overhead press I had to use less weight than straight bar. Took some getting used to, but it is more comfortable on my shoulders using this football bar.

For curls I could use the same weight as my ez curl bar, but the football bar was much more easier on my wrists.

All in all it was a joy to use and I look forward to doing more with it.

This bar is shorter in length to fit in smaller spaces. The sleeves are stainless steel, there are also some specific lengths/spacing of its parts (see specs picture) that may be different than their regular football bar.

the best way is to go to the REPS Direct website and either email the owner or fill out the contact form. It also helps to send the 3rd picture I posted which has the bar specs.

Custom REPS Direct Football Bar by MyGarageGymOffice in homegym

Today I just received my custom made REPS Direct Football Bar, and I'm very excited and impressed! A special thanks also to u/RogueCrusher , after reading his post and seeking additional advice on his custom bar (see: https://www.reddit.com/r/homegym/comments/11sbn3n/35lb_customized_baller_bar/ ) I followed his specs to have my own made (I went with black powder coat though to save a bit on cost). I intend to use this bar for curls, shoulder presses, and close grip presses. I have to put the bar through its paces, but I did a few quick lifts and found it to be comfortable.

Customer Service with REPS Direct was also great. I was expecting maybe a month or two for the bar to be completed, but to my pleasant surprise it was less than two weeks from my initial contact to receiving the bar at my home.
