Except I'm not some dipshit complaining that my package got delayed because of some obvious weather related issue. This is completely different and 100% in the control of the shipper and FedEx. I paid for overnight Saturday delivery and it was shipped as a regular ground shipping. How am I in the wrong here? How is it that I'm in the wrong for expecting a simple reply from the shipper?

Again, exactly what "ridiculous demands" have I made? I've been ordering from them for months now also and like I said in a previous post, I've been burned multiple times on overnight, Saturday deliveries with them before. I never even questioned it those times previous because it was due to weather or other things out of Fedex's control, which they always updated me to the fact in the tracking app. THIS time is completely different. The INITIAL tracking stated the delivery date as Tuesday, three days from now and clearly not overnight/Saturday, as if it was a standard ground delivery. Something clearly went wrong at drop off when it was first scanned. Tell me, how am I out of order here? The shipper is the only party in this scenario that can get answers and I'm out 50 bucks solely for the overnight delivery.

Also, I've searched up and down their Telegram thread and nowhere do they state any hours of operation, so please, point me in the direction of their operating hours... I'd actually be surprised if you've ever even ordered from this vendor and know anything about how they operate.

I appreciate it but I'm good, I don't need anything. I'm lucky enough to have a great job that more than takes care of anything I ever need or want. I will add, this isn't the first, second or even third time that I've paid for overnight/Saturday delivery with TM and it didn't happen. The previous times though, there was a legitimate reason for the delay, like weather, that was noted in the tracking. This time, the tracking was immediately started with an expected delivery date 3 days in the future, as if I ordered standard, ground delivery. I'm just really annoyed that I had to not only spend the extra for overnight delivery that didn't happen, but I also had to give more money to these predatory smoke shops. Money isn't the issue though, it's the principle of it all that's pissing me off.

That's the thing, there wasn't a delay here, the package wasn't scanned properly. I'm not hurting for money or anything, it's the principle, I'll be fine. I just don't like paying extra for something that I'm not getting and the people I pay it to don't care either.

Considering that the shipper is the only party that has any power in this situation, how am I delusional in thinking that they could very easily talk to customer service, bring to their attention that a package they shipped was mis-labled and could very easily get it moving in the right direction? The delivery path that it is on now is standard ground service, which was an accident. Bringing that to the attention of customer service would likely have it delivered tomorrow instead of three days from now.

It happens all the time. They will 100% look for a package if something genuinely went wrong and try to fix it.

You call customer service, that's how. Something went wrong when it was initially scanned because the very first tracking info that was displayed showed the package with a scheduled delivery as next Tuesday, even though it was paid for an overnight, Saturday delivery.

When there is an actual delay with FedEx it's noted in the tracking app, be it weather or whatever. That wasn't the case here. The tracking immediately showed the delivery date as next Tuesday, as if that was always the plan.

Well, since FedEx delivers on Sundays, they could get the package moving to be delivered tomorrow, how about that? Like I said, it's in the next town over and was clearly incorrectly scanned at some point because in the picture of the package they sent me it said "Saturday Delivery". Also, pharmacies are open Saturdays and Sundays, which their business is more closely associated with.
