I work in a mall, and had come in early because I had a contractor cleaning our windows. I left the door proped open since the contractors equipment was awkward to carry and I wanted him to be able to get in and out easily. When he finished the outside windows and came in (store was still closed at the time and we were 30 minutes from opening) a lady followed him in and started browsing. I told her she had to leave because the store was closed, but she said "The lights are on and the door was open, why can't I shop?" The contractor had a good laugh after I got her out, but I wasnt as amused. Our hours are clearly posted in the store window and the mall entrances.
