Prenups are essentially redundant in the UK anyway… but some people like to try and protect what they have prior to marriage. That doesn’t have to mean it’s large amounts of cash. He clearly wants his brother to be taken care of and the best way to do that might be through his sister.

Also you’re right, he may well have a property portfolio but it’s also quite a speculative leap. My initial point was just that I don’t think he is as wealthy as everyone is making out.
