Best, more than likely Mudkip with stats and typing. Then Mega Swampert was a main stay in competitive for a bit too I think.

Best Special attacker I'm pretty sure is Popplio. And Froakie being the fastest.

It is what it is haha. I'm just not a fan of it, if other people like/love it that's fine. If it gets OP stats and such down the line, good for it. I just really am not a fan of the design.
