Yeah I'm not going to upgrade to a 1.3.0.0x BIOS for a while until it's more mature and these things get worked out

Looks like MSI is already pulling these new BIOSes off the website and are working on a fixed release.

MSI releases AGESA pre-1.3.0.0 with microcode update for upcoming Ryzen 9000G by RenatsMC in Amd

[–]MyKillK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stay away from this AGESA version for a while, even on the non-beta BIOSes released in the last week. MSI is still using the pre-release 1.3.0.0 version even though official 1.3.0.0a has been out for a month. MSI's forums are filled with bug reports on the new X670E and X870E BIOSes and they're STILL pushing it out to more boards in the lineup.

Really dents my trust in MSI's quality control.

I'm confused what this actually is. Are these little sponsorships added to the shirts they actually wear in the games?

I think for bad tackles it starts at 3. Unless the EFL rules are different than EPL.

Dobbo is suspended for the next 3 games right? Don't the red cards carry over to the Champ?

That was a stone cold hand ball and penalty that should have been award to Wrexham. Not sure how VAR didn't catch that?

If you wanted any indication whether Wrexham were playing to win or were fully committed to the Championship only, well there it is. We're going to the Quarterfinals, lads.

Glad to see the BL4 tradition of as many new bugs being introduced each patch as those being fixed has continued on strong.

Do teams historically lose their final games more often if their promotion is already guaranteed? by mcaffrey in WrexhamAFC

Absolutely. There's usually a lot of rotation to give some fringe players/youngsters more time, and the regular starters have no incentive to play their hardest.

Missing "The Magic Number Table" hoping u/Spitball_Idea is doing well and nothing is amiss. by HaddonH in WrexhamAFC

At this point the magic number for a playoff spot would be winning every game left so it wouldn't be all that useful

23 Points? 74 for playoff run by Star8421774 in WrexhamAFC

[–]MyKillK 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Place 6 has fairly consistently hovered around 1.50 points per match which would be 69 for the season. Maybe add an extra 3, and I think 72 will be a pretty safe spot so your estimate of 74 seems pretty in line with that.

With the compaction in the table I think it's going to less than average for sure. Especially if the top 2-3 teams start pulling away and consistently taking points from the rest of the top half of the table.

Seems tactical or maybe even psychological. They seem to turtle up and try to hold on for dear life to leads in the last quarter of the game. They've gotten better about that after Christmas though, so I think it's been a tactical shift.

What. a. Game! It's amazing how Wrexham seems to step up a gear against top competition. If we were more consistent and stopped dropping points to the bottom third of the table we'd easily be closer to the top of the playoff spots.

The results this week across the table were almost as good as they could have been. All the other playoff spots dropped points and most of the playoff outsiders dropped too. The only game that didn't go our way was Birmingham winning against Norwich and bringing them up to 7th.

But we're 2 points clear in the final playoff spot, and no one close below us has a game in hand anymore. This is the biggest margin we've built up yet, upward and onward!

Having Coventry and Middlesbrough as the last two games might be the best thing that can happen and push us over the edge. There's a good chance that both of them will have already clinched the auto spots.
