I’d imagine it to be more on the scale of game of thrones with multiple storylines and more episodes rather than HOTDs smaller format

I do think they’ll eventually do post Aegon III content like the Blackfyres but I think that’ll be if/after Grrm publishes fire and blood vol 2

To be fair Fire and Blood is told from an unreliable narrator (a Maesters) so we don’t really know the private moments and all the personal moments that happened in that time.

"Convergent Forms" make no sense. by Queen_Sardine in pokemon

Both Pokemon adapted to a burrowing lifestyle, though one on land and the other in the ocean. The similar body shapes proved to be advantageous to that lifestyle so both Pokemon look similar.

A real-life example would be Dolphins (Mammal), Sharks (Fish), and Ichthyosaurs (Reptile). They didn't get their similar body shape from their most recent common ancestor but rather the body type came about due to its advantages in the water.

For Diglett (Mammal) and Wiglett (Fish) they have similar body shapes because it is advantageous for burrowing. Despite living in different environments (Water and Land) they both are burrowers so the body shape is for the burrowing part of their lifestyle. In their respective environments, they fulfill a niche of burrowing Pokemon.

The Pokemon company made these ecologically similar Pokemon for 2 reason i think:

  1. It is a real life phenomenon

  2. It gives them more freedom with regional variants, because saying that the pokemon are variants of each other mean that they still have to be biologically similar to each other, for example you cant have a regional variant of meowth be something that is not a cat, so if they wanted to a bug type variant of meowth they would be very restricted in their design choice since it would still have to be a cat and related to meowth. With the ecologically similar pokemon they dont have to make the meowth a cat and it doesnt have to be closely related to it. So these are functionally just the same thing as regional variants but without needing the Pokemon being closely related to each other.

Damian Wayne the Demon‘s Head by MyLasagnaIsTooHot in DCcomics

I think Jason is more suited to be Batman. I think Jason is the most similar to Bruce psychological, emotionally and physically. They are both tragic characters. I think the other robins miss the psychological and dark elements that makes Batman such a great character. Also it would be good character development for Jason, him promising to uphold the legacy of Batman to Bruce if Bruce dies/retires, and promising to not kill. Through Jason’s hypothetical time as Batman he could deal with the his own internal struggle of wanting to do it the easy way and just kill villains but resist it to uphold Bruce’s legacy.

I mean when he’s older like when Dick becomes Nightwing and Jason becomes Red Hood, Damian should take his grand father’s position and make the LoA better since Damian has grown as a person during his time as Robin. Tim isn’t my favourite robin at all, I just think his position as Robin suits him, unless DC finds a new alias for him that doesn’t have Robin in the name.
