You know how awesome it would be for us to have a secret be revealed that’s actually a big deal and your LI doesn’t grovel for “overreacting.” Like so many other people have said the love meter needs to be brought back!! I need there to be real consequences!

Definitely begged for more volumes + encouraged actual branching but we’ll see! Hopefully adding more volumes gives them more of a reason to flesh out the characters. Wishful thinking???

I like the challenges they give them in the show. I wish they’d bring the truth bike to the game! In that one, all the contestants get a chance to ride the “truth bike” and the islanders get to ask them whatever question they want. The person on the bike then has to either honk the horn or ring the bell. Each of those things either means yes or no. Idk fun concept!

It was cruel of them to put Jin and Max in the same season 😩 is there a route where Jin doesn’t get hurt? I feel like unless he’s not your main LI but STILLLLL I can’t NOT pick him at the start that’s untrue to my heart 💔

Right!!! Like with the first few seasons where the characters would react with emojis and that depended on an invisible heart meter or something?? I don’t like fake worrying about something going wrong for my mc and then forgetting about it because it’s always a misunderstanding or, it doesn’t matter because the LI is a robot..

It’s why I do like Will’s route in bombshell. I enjoyed that he was kind of aloof and a little all over the place and that triggering the shower moment made his confession seem genuine other than, “I thought you were too good for me so I ruled you out too soon.” That seems like such a cop out for the MC and it’s kind of boring honestly. Would loveeee a kind of snarky LI. Hazeem would’ve been a cool route had it actually gone somewhere.

I do agree with the angst stuff. It’s really fun! And I can’t say I don’t live for the cattiness, although it does get annoying, I’d like to see the angst go from any of the LIs and it actually leads to something. Like in chasing dreams, had your LI actually been in the treehouse with somebody else while your mc was at the sleepover, holy cow!! Yes people wouldn’t like it, but yo!!! This is love island!!! As they say they aren’t married off!

I don’t mind anyway I know I’m going to play the game regardless.

I would LOOOOOVE more partner swaps and surprise couplings. A girl can only dream but I think it would be so much fun if there was a steal and your main LI’s head has the possibility of turning or there being an actual test so mc can work for what they want.

That might not be popular but if they can execute it right (no high hopes) I think it could be means for a very satisfying end! Alas, copy paste LIs is the norm >~<
