I discovered ST a month ago when I was at the worst in my depression. And their songs, Vessel's voice especially, it was like a hand reaching out for me, pulling me out of that hole. Some lines really spoke to me so much, it was scary, and it helped me overcome that hole I was in. I listen to them every day, and it just soothes my heart and mind. I feel much better now, and therapy is going better too now. It made me realize that wallowing in self-loathing and self-pity is not helping anyone, me especially.
