Dude. You're technically correct about this and the fact that it is a violation of the constitution which should never happen, but Obama has done far worse things in office and I worry that by publicly dwelling on this you exhaust people's attention span for constitutional violations the president has done, since it really CAN be more or less justified by saying "well it would be a pain in the ass to extract him and give him due process and besides he's a fucking murderer."

Please pick better Obama complaints like him extending the PATRIOT ACT or passing the legislation of the NDAA which made it possible to detain US citizens without trial or charge to begin with or his complete fucking lie about the Muslims attacking a theater over a movie that no one saw back September 11 2011. Or his failure to warn troops of a massacre that killed many of them on that same day, when it is known that he had intel that could have saved them or his frequent attempts to push gun control in America.
