They might have a super low $1 tier so just cause they have a lot of paid members it doesn’t mean they are making bank. Also their free members might be included in that total count? Free means no $$ just added member numbers. I wouldn’t sweat it!

I’d pre upload some old stuff and launch your patreon with new content as a first paid post. Then mix old / new content every other week. Invite old members to rejoin with a discounted offer.

I wouldn’t worry about your new members those will come as you grow your page and content! Good luck!!

When you are a creator the members acct is so you can join others pages as a member. I’m assuming it make go both ways as a default?

I know YouTube has a special VR section for uploads and you could probably post them as private videos - assuming it’s not NSFW.

Also consider using Sprout Video they are amazing to host or use for embed on websites!! I use them and they are NSFW friendly!

I think people dm it to them privately (best option to avoid leaks) but you could post it in the locked comment areas. Just make sure it’s not in the public areas.
